We have a special election date
With Denny Hastert’s resignation, Governor Blagojevich has set a special election to take place on Saturday, March 8, 2008, to fill the remainder of his term.
On Tuesday, February 5, the date of Illinois’ regular primary for the November election, there will also be a special primary for the special election.
So on February 5th, you will get to vote for John Laesch twice, once for the special primary and once for the general primary. This will give the voters of the 14th district a unique opportunity to send a strong message that they want real leadership and real change for themselves, their families, and their country.
There is so much to do, and if you want to join John’s team to put a solid progressive in Congress, the time to help is now!
John Laesch is fighting for all the people of the 14th district. Please help his cause either with a donation, or if you’d like to join the many volunteers who are the lifeblood of this campaign, contact Andrew Edgar at andrew@john08.com, or call our campaign office at (630) 801-8900.
